How many properties do you handle?
We provide stewardship for a limited number of curated properties deliberately.
We ensure we have the time we need to have great attention to detail, to protect you and your important investment.
What if there's an emergency...will it take a long time to get to the property?
Unlike many of our competitors we're locals, full time residents of East Hampton. Minutes away, literally, if you should need us.
Who handles maintenance calls and supervises workers at my property?
We do. We'll handle all aspects of scheduling at convenient times for you, opening the property, supervising the work and closing up after completion. If you desire we can handle invoicing and payment as well.
Do you have insurance and do your recommended vendors as well?
Absolutely! We are fully insured and require our service partners to submit their proof of insurance to us as well - we take great care in bringing only reputable trustworthy partners along to serve you.
How does your fee structure work?
We establish an agreed monthly fee customized to your desired services, we agree upon an hourly fee for property visits beyond our twice weekly standard interior and exterior inspection and we agree upon a management fee for engaging service providers and/or managing projects. All is fully disclosed to you for your approval as well as completely itemized during the monthly billing process.
